I have removed everything necessary to get the heater box out (Converting to primera matrix) the only thing holding it in now are the matrix hoses, I have managed to loosen the clips but the hoses aren't budging.

 

Does anyone have any hints?

Best way, I spent hours trying to remove mine.

There is also a small screw that holds the pipe assy in-but I s'pose you know that! :) As foe the hoses,get new ones!

I was expecting someone to have come up with some seriously complex method using 3 people a 2 year old child and 8 tools at once.

 

I wasn't expecting such a crude method.

warm the hose up with a hairdryer and prise off using a large flat screw driver against the bulkhead.

 

I have not had to do them on the nissan, but this has worked on various other cars i have owned in the past
