Is there anyway to adjust the clutch pedal?

 

the car has a receipt for a rps??? clutch, fitted about 2 years ago. but the pedal seems to have soft movement until half way through pressing it, when you can then feel the real resistance

 

can the pedal be adjusted anyway so the bite is a bit higher, and that the pedal feels the same through all the travel of pressing?

It may just need bleeding.
