I've gone for a Doolz induction set up (single AFM).

I have a chip for it (thanks AndyP - not got the car back yet, but once I do I'll contact you for payment etc.).

However after speaking to Eric about tick over he suggested I balance the air to the TB with a balance bar.

i.e. something like this:

I've managed to get a nice long piece of stainless steel tubing, but I will need to have my current Stainless Steel hardpipes fabricated with a nipple so I can attach the balance bar to it with some small silicone hoses.

Any ideas where the best place to get this done would be ?

Maybe the guy who does the Smuthy/ DTA hardpipes - seeing as they can weld on bosses for dump valves...

Failing that, any decent fabrication place should be able to do it - there's one up by me, but posting would bump the cost considerably! Somewhere that works on cystom bikes would be good - they're used to producing decent polished welds...

Thanks guys I'll check it out.

btw I know I put advise rather than advice but I can't be arsed to change it now :). You know what I meant.

Stu,

It's a nice to have but you don't need it. The whole design of the doolz balances the airflow before the MAF so it'll always read half the air.
