My car's been in with ZTech now for six weeks. I haven't heard a bean from Ryan for ages. Ryan's normally ok at getting back to people and I know ZTech were on holiday last week, but I've left him messages every day this week and not one call back. I decided to visit them today to see if I could get some kind of update on my car and at 15:30 the place was deserted and all locked up! :confused:

 

Does anyone know what's going on with those guys and how I can find out where my car is? I'm starting to miss her... :cry:

Sorry Sixpenz but I screwed up the paint shop thing and switched yours and Gary's in error.........I have now edited my post so if you would like to read it again it will be correct. :slap:

Surely there has got to be better alternatives to ZTECH which in the last 12 months seems to have accrued some serious bad history, which even new ownership will struggle to overcome unless they really get their game together, which by the sound of they have not. I think all those affected should gather enmasse at the premises in the week and if no show, contact the police for an address of the owners.

 

 

 

I used ztech about 18 months ago and i thought they were very helpful and did a really good job whats all this about bad history ??? And why has just about every zed garage on the forum been taken off i thought ztech couldnt do nought wrong according to this forum ihave i been away for to long and missed something what the bloody hell is going on ???

right i have just come off the phone from Chris at Ztec, and he tried to post on here yesterday but could not sign up.

He apprently is not getting alot of help as to phone No's etc of customers,

After seeing and speaking to him, Also Marcus, and Dave, we all seem to think he is a genuine lad who whats too make Ztec work now.

Hi TiZer - Try phoning them using the number on their website. The new owners have only had this phone since Sunday so give them a chance.

 

I also am disappointed Chris has not yet posted on this site. He told me yesterday he would do so last night!!!!! I will phone him tomorrow for the reason.

Hi Dave, i tried to get onto the forum a few nights ago to reply to the comments said about ZTech but didnt get my e-mail till later to sign in properly my appologies!!

Ive posted a new thread to let everyone know whats going on and to re-assure that we are getting everything sorted and working till late... Ryan remained illusive but has now given me all the appropriate infomation and we striving for a quick turn around..
