Can I Upgrade My UK Auto Box to J Spec (with hold button)??

Just out of interest is it possible to change the gearbox ecu with a j spec one and add the gear hold as i'd really like to have it.

 

I HATE having an outo but my legs knackered froma bike crash so clutch isn't a good idea anymore.

 

Only other thing i've seen is a paddle type upgrade to the auto box

    you know, the hold button doesn't hold it in gears, its for better road holding in bad conditions (second gear starts, as good as disables kickdown).
