Ive just had to leave my lovely Z in a pub car park because the clutch went. Foot goes straight to the floor with no room to squeeze a gear in. Is this a major problem? Im still under warranty so not fussed either way, just wondering if its maybe a job I could do and learn from..

could just be a hydraulic fault, they seem to be prone to the slave cylinder going, if its that its just a replace and bleed the system job.

Just put it in second gear with engine switched off.Turn on engine and it should drive away.Thats of corse if its hydrolic failer.Worth a try and at least it might get your car home.

Where is the hydraulic fluid? Behind the driver side turbo? Could you link me to a product I could use to top up it up after bleeding. I am really really rubbish with cars!

With the clutch being a wear and tear item, I would be surprised if a warranty would pay out on it tbh.
