i've just fit it the 99 spec back lighs and the driver side is not working ,even my old one is not working now,the brake light and the indicator is working is just the light that is not working,is there any fuse separate for the driver side back light ?

Matey there is a fuse box in the drivers footwell. Im sure there will be a fuse there. Is it a Jap import??

is a jap i,ve looked at the fuses and it seems to be alright ,if i know wich one it is or a translation of the fuse box

put fusebox translation into the search and legarth put it up a while ago. There is another fuse box under the bonnet aswell bud!!

i know i've checked that aswell and i really need this done cos tomorrow morning i'll go abrad for 3 weeks

im sure theres only one fuse for brake lights. heres a translated fuse cover.

Mate just looked at another old thread and this was said 'there is a small electrical box by the rear o/s light behind the plastic surround ! that will be the problem', not sure what is there but it may help!!

check the bulb, the bulb holder & the wiring. if one side works, then the other should.

Again reading another thread, it points to the black box behind the light. It seems as if that has been put in the system to indicate when a bulb has blown. I may be barking up the wrong tree but people seem to want to eat their hat over it LOL

is it the correct bulb thats in it ?. try swapping it over from the other side. im not saying its wrong but i have come across it before.

i have put the old light cluster in and that one is not working now
