I've only just learned how to include links on posts but I have a strange situation!!

You are supposed to copy/paste the address but mine only shows the main address, which takes you to the 'home' page, NOT the full address which takes you to the specific page.

The strange thing is, last night I had two windows open on this site and one showed the main address and the other showed the full address

How can I ensure I always have the full address showing?

HELP..........Dave

set your bookmark to this instead of the main url

http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/index.php?

it is because of the frames that are in use, don't know why somebody doesn't get rid of it tbh it serves no purpose other than annoyance.

Whoopie..........it now works :hyper:

Many thanks Clarkey

That didn't work for me.........I tried to link a thread on here to a email (new window) and it only copied the main address and linked to our home page.

Thanks anyway Uno, Clarkey's suggestion has worked.

hmm the address for this thread is http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=98004

i just went to new posts firsts and right clicked this thread and opened in new window and the address was there to copy...still you said you're sorted now so all's well :)

Yeah, but before I modified the url in my 'favorites' as Clarkey suggested, the address was "http://www.300zx.co.uk/", there were no extra bits.
