boost leak sound

On my project, i heard tonight the sound of a mini dump valve kind of sound, happens just as you come off the thottle just like a dump valve would, is this a leak in the recirculation pipes somewhere, also running bit lumpy and hesitant when ever it feels like it

 

Any ideas please :)
