and this one (smitfraud) gets rid off all that spyware junk that hijacks your homepages and loads useless toolbars on your browser, and those annoying icons in the bottom right corner of the taskbar that flash you have spyware click here to get rid of it etc etc...great if like me you have kids that keep downloading free games n stuff cleans the pc a treat

not heard that before...i got pukka windows xp on all my kit and the clocks were all running different on all of them :confused: ...so mine def were not updating automatically as you suggest they could / should...if you click the link you'll see whats what...download it and have a look anyway as its a well thought out application

Just done the smit fix and bloody hell has it made a difference! Computer is running how it did when i first upgraded. Beats Adaware hands down!

only because there is a few steps to make it work...you have to open up in safety mode etc...takes a little know-how...but just print off the instructions link stuff first...doddle really
