charging stabiliser and grounding kits

what do these do and are they any good

a guy i know has a set of each and he only wants 30 quid for them both is it worth getting cheers in advance

mmmmmmmmmmmm according to the chap it would help with my twitchy accelerator pedal something thats happened since i fitted my chip

i was hoping that anyone that had fitted them had noticed a difference appologies as i know people have different opinions on matters like this

I'd say charge stabiliser is a waste of time. Grounding kit *MAY* help, but only because it will restore good grounding to all electrical components - i.e. the same as cleaning all the existing ones would do... quicker to fit the grounding kit though - and it does look cool!
