PC help needed - any wiz's out there

OK, my father has tried to log on to his user account on the pc tonight, it said the account is corrupt and windows is logging him onto a temporary account.

 

Does anyone know how to restore his account with everything he has there before?

 

He's a bit upset about it

    Just done that back to the 28th of June, when i then clicked my fathers profile it said that profile is corrupt and windows will not log on.
