The brake pipes are corroded and as a reult it has failed its MOT. Any idea how much I could be looking at to get them replaced? Nissan reckon about £450!

You have to lower the whole subframe to get at them. Once thats done its pretty easy to change the offending pipes..pita ..time consuming though as I done it myself

My Z failed on all metal brake pipes..( some were not that bad ) 2 garages wouldn't entertain doing them as it was too time consuming.. Ended of doing them myself PITA job but managed to do them without dropping the subframe.. ( just the exhaust back boxes were removed for access )

I haven't got the time to do them myself, moving house by the 24th July so need to get someone else to do it and then sell her.
