Nismo Turbo's Who's Running Them?

Hi Guys,

I was wondering whether anyone on the forum are familiar or running the; Nismo RR581 or Nismo R58 turbo's?

Featured Replies

Don't know anyone who has them. Probably way overpriced for the Nismo badge.

Thanks mate.

So usually when the stock turbo's max out, what are the alternatives??

Iirc stock turbos max out at 1bar. A lot of people go for something like the greddy TD05 kit usually in 16 or 18G variaties

Nice, so what power do those babies produce?

all depends on the supporting mods you have. have a look in the rides for MAC1 with his TD05's i think he is going to have about 750bhp when it's finished being mapped. There is also tghe Z1 motorsport convertable with the 20G's thats got 1051bhp. Just depends on how much you want to spend.

TD05s are right at the top end of the mod route! Plenty of other options in the mid range to give a healthy 500rwhp:

HKS GT2530s

PE1420s

Garett GT28RS

the list goes on....
