Hi guys,

Bit of a long story, so i'll shorten it considerably. :D

I need a new windscreen!!!

Ordered one from Japan, through a windscreen company, when it arrived in the country, a long, long time later, it was in kit form!!! All I had to do was glue the two halves back together!!! :xxx: :xxx:

No-one seems able to locate a screen in his country, any ideas please???

It's a HZ32 mind, totally different to a zed with a roof!!

Steal Mark's :D

some years ago when I was in the custom car scene there was a company in the midlands that specialised in making one off screens but for the life of me I cant remember who it was Ill ask some of my old mates if anyone knows who they are. I seem to remember that the first one would be fairly expensive (as they had to make the mould) but the more that they made the cheaper it was .So if they are as scarce as you say it may well be worth a few of you with roofless zeds getting together and buying a few and sharing the costs

Just had a thought, hows about going for a polycarbonate replacement if a stock one isn't available? They're not as durable but a LOT cheaper than having a glass one fabbed up ;)

spoke to my mate big Gaz .he builds custom cars still and he suggests you try Pilkington Automotive LTD their phone number is 01795 96100

They made him a couple of one off screens and they wernt that dear they also stock classic car screens so they may have a screen in stock.I hope this helps
