You'll need better exhaust manifolds and divorced WG downpipes for 600 at the wheels (apologies if I missed them on the list).

planning on getting some manifolds from Z1 and if funds premit the labree divorced pipes ....

Do you think it will be better go with a larger bore like 88mm or leave the engine with the stock bore ???

Bore won't make *that* much difference. To be honest I'd stay as close to stock as possible to keep the strength up - there's been tests done on the VG block in the past and a very small percentage are actually suitable for over boring while still holding their strength...

Oh and the best manifolds to go with on the GT2530s are the Mike Smith cast items :)

mike smith manifolds are next on the shopping list ...
