welcome to the N/A club Bunny! It's a beautiful example (keep the nitrous, you never know when you might need it).

It could be fun, looking forward to not having to worry about the turbos blowing any more. Never really settled with a turbo car and missed the reliability of the na i had before :D

...plus this is quicker :D

Oh i dont know about that, it's much more responsive than the TT (auto to manual) and the headers/manifolds/lightweight flywheel seem to do a cracking job :D

I was talking about how much Si hates metal flake and my car is done in metal flake. The thing is there are loads of different types of flake and big flake do look over the top, the flake on mine are very fine prizma flakes which can’t be seen unless there is direct light.

I do agree with Si that metal flake can look a bit MAX power but if you use a small size flake it can look stunning.

Nick I’m doing Marcz32’s car in a fine purple metal flake so you can see for yourself bud.

This is what my car looks like with metal flake but with no sunlight.

I actually like yours (I've said before). It does work well. :) Not to mention that your choice of mods is also good! :D

It's the really gay max power type huge flakes on really lurid colours that look poo. Even black with huge flakes in it looks nasty.

Totally agree bud, I was unsure about doing mine at the time but I think I got away it. It makes the car a bit different and when I get the stillen type 3 kit on the car will be the way I want it.

Nice looking Zed and welcome back to NA ownership Nick :D You know it makes sense

Type 3? You mean type 2?

Just as long as you're not going for this thing. I really like the stillen stuff, but this is not nice. Reminds me of the mask used in the scarey movie films...

Yum, show me the purple when it's done! :D May be paying you a visit at some point.... hehe

I think Marc will be putting up a few pics when it's done. :D

I'm keeping the 99spec front bumper but with this kit (spoiler, back bumper and skirts). This is the type III kit.

Always thought that was the type II. Yeah, that's what I'd go for if I had a silver Z which was my joint first choice colour. The Stillen skirts are perfect. No cutouts or holes in them, just nice and smooth looking.

I love this kit, I think it looks part of the car. I've got the spoiler and the back bumper but just need the skirts. Can't wait to get it finished. :hyper: :D

Why spoil the best colour??? :D

Nice car mate :)

Wise words , are you listening Nick :D :D :D

lol, i think it's gorgeous the colour it is anyway and it'll be paying a paid visit to uncle peach in the next couple of weeks for a full valet and detailing.

FunkySi would be proud :D lol

very nice mate. you had enough of the TT's?

Nah, course not just got plans for a V8 conversion in the future and worked out the costs of doing mine up to the spec i wanted against the spec of buying a good one and this one was beautiful.

Was having a few chats with John Dixon and Friday the other week when i went to look at their projects.

I do also prefer the sound of the NA's, more rorkous this one sounds barking mad :D
