I know plenty in the village, the only reason they dont look like that in my townis coz they have all had kids by 15!!

 

There are many 16 year old girls, that look as good if not better than that!!

 

Many of the young popstars, Jo Jo, Rhaianna, Avril Lavine even Brittanny Spears when she first came out were all 16 and they looked fantastic, if not at times looked older than the girl in the video!
