They may have left a vacumn pipe off or fitted the timing belt a tooth out, take it back...or take it a zed specialist and get original garage to foot the bill.

ive checked all the pipes and the seem to be fitted and accounted for. while taking a look today i found that if i put my foot on throttle slowly it reved up ok but if i floored it fast and held it there on full throttle it only reved up to two thousand revs and surged .. its got me this one ..
