OK im starting a new thread for this

 

This is while doing a plenium water bypass.

 

Has anyone bothered removing the metal water pipes from the throttle bodies by drilling them out as it says on tt.net?

I didn't bother. Far too much messing about for no benefit IMO :)

Thats what i was thinking!

If I remember correctly, some of the pipes just unscrew from underneath so I removed those and blanked off some other bits but the sections that are moulded in I just left alone.

I removed and blanked off the EGR system while I was at it.
