Propshaft ? any difference ?

Is there any difference between a Jap spec, 2+2 auto prop,

and a UK spec, 2+2 auto prop ??

 

Centre bearing is on its way out, and got the chance of another prop, but mines is a Jap and the other one is from a UK car.
