what does your boost gauge read??

hi all,

My boost gauge sits between the small marking (10.5 psi?) and the last 14psi marking, so about 12.5psi or so.

its an unmodified (as far as i know!) uk manual.

I know the stock gauge can be very inaccurate, just wondered what everyone elses reads (as standard tongue.gif)

You might want to try this method, get a set of furry dice and hang them around your rear veiw mirror and when you boot it the dice swing in the same way as the needle. If you get the dice to hit the targas that is 14 psi boost!

boost gauge max 3rd notch on WOT so approx 10.5psi and nearly -14 on foot off decelerate. Std UK auto with big pipes and a K&N.

Yeah I hear they're unreliable but boost guage is consistent whereas my oil pressure gauge reads normal some days then low others.
