About to put Z in for MOT this afternoon, but i've got a 'Light' warning light come on the dash whenever i press the brake pedal, its not the bulbs since they all work fine, its not the rear-fog light since that works ok as well, its not the rear night lights cos they seem fine also..... i'm lost as to how to fix this other than some black tape over the warning light??? any ideas?

its not a failure any way as long as the lights are working on the rear.

it just means someone has done a inner brake to fog light conversion !

It's meant to warn you if some of the brake light bulbs aren't working - yours probably aren't working as they've been converted to fog lights.

Mine the same - and it's nothing to worry about.
