Hello peeps

Does anyone know where I can get the bearing for the end of the crank for the manwell box to go into. I need to pull the auto sized bearing out and need to replace it with the manual one.

Cheers

I did bud, it came with the gearbox I got. I was told there wasnt one with it....what he meant was that the axtra booster in the wing was bypassed.

There is a site in the USA that does new boosters for around 300 USD.

Alternatively it has been suggested using the NA clutch pedal assembly which has a longer arm from the master cylinder to the pedal.

I also heard you need a well trained left leg if you are going to use a N/A clutch pedal and master cylinder on a TT :D

I dont think it would be too bad if you had a stock clutch but if you had something more aggressive then you'd have legs like arnie :D

I drove my TT around for 3 months with no booster on an ACT clutch and got used to it LOL

My mate got in the car and had to put both feet on the pedal and pull on the steering wheel to move it

It was so heavy it was more or less on and off so not very good for hill starts!

Did you not find it difficult? Do you limp now Lol :D
