breather kit question?

Now I know this is a sore point to many , buthas anybody who has fitted the kit like I have started getting strange noises when turning the engine off , sounds like a squeek or fart noise, its seems to be coming from the egr box on the drivers side, and if I disconnect the vacuum line to the breather kit on the drivers side it stops it??

what is wrong???its only just started doing it, and the breather kit has been on a few months???
