HELP...Snap-off boss.

just recieved snap-off boss from Smithy the one for hycas and cruise.What is the ring with 2 little luggs for.Me bolt holes are correct but the threads are wrong,yet every thing is Raid compatable,if any body can help please give me a bell on 0115 9199821,cheers!

    The plastic disc is to line your hicas up, make sure the plastic lug on your car is at 12.o clock,then slide the boss over.
