just thought i'd post up a few pics of my brthers Triumph TR6. Used to belong to my dad but got left to my younger brother when he passed away. so now me and my brother work on it and keep it running.

wonderfull cars these,i had the triumph stag but allways lusted after one of these gems

looks lovely, a local garage is selling one nearly exactly the same. if only i had loads of money and a massive garage! lol

Did you know that the Datsun 240Z was its main rival and contributed to it's demise? I had a shitty TR7 which wasn't a patch on beautiful TR6, lovely car.

I love those cars, My grandad used to own one, loved being taken for a drive in it when I was nipper

I had a go in one many years ago , 2.5L with o/d , i was well impressed with it , always liked them :bow: :bow:

cheers fellas :) fair bit of work needing to it but it's things that my brother and i can deal with at home. it will need some welding done in the engine bay at some point but we'll get a specialist to do that.

Absolutely fantastic car, I built one which I bought in boxes!!!

 

Sold it to buy a Stag!!!

 

Wish I'd kept it, worth a good price now.

ah cool mate :D think we got lucky with ours. it was in great nick when my dad bought it at the auction
