Is that partially in German or something?

I can't remember the route we took but there's plenty of autobahn on your route.

A lot of the Belgian motorways have no restrictions either :)

In 2005 when we did the Kings Of Europe trip, one of the Z's broke down on the motorway and the Belgian police turned up to help us out.

We were unsure of the road markings and as the cops loved our cars we asked them what the speed limit was:

"Go as fast as you like guys!" was the answer

You don't hear that from police very often :D

Don't forget you'll need a European safety kit in the car.

You can get one from Halfords for about £20 I think.

Includes first aid stuff, headlight beam adjusters (don't work on a Z though LOL), road safety triangle etc that you have to have in Germany and other countries.

You also have to have a full can of fuel as you can be fined for running out.

Don't forget to take all your vehicle documents.

Have a read of these:

Might be worth getting AA European cover too.

I got it for about £55 for a 4 day trip and had to use it when my fan belt snapped.

Saved me a fortune getting towed.
