South westy London/surrey meeting venue suggestions?

Any suggestions for starting up a local meeting venue?

 

Largish car park, no speed ramps, good beer and food would be a bonus!

    The Fountain In New Maldon... Just off the A3, Massive car park, and good food and cheap beer... I used to Be 1 of the managers there, It's a good pub and loads of CAr parking space.
