I know I know this doesn't belong in here but I thought the best way to get replies from the North East massive was to post in this forum. Perhaps this post could stay here for a couple of weeks and then be moved ot the main forum? :x

When I bought my Z in 2001 I used a company called Falcon Engineering for all my servicing. Great company and Steve there really looked after my car but I found them to be very expensive. The last 'major' works I had carried out my SE Nisstek and if they were still around I would no doubt still be using them as PeteR was always a gent and had my car running well.

So the big question is does anyone know of a garage in the north east that they trust with their car, doesn't generate invoices that look like they're in Yen instead of Sterling and are reliable?

I know a guy who works for Nissan that's trained in the Z and thats great but I would like someone who can not only provide servicing but help me to develop the car a little more without having to travel hundreds of miles.

Here's hoping someone's been keeping a real gem of a garage under their hat!

Jonno.

I dont think there is a decent one in the north east, it might be worth getting your car to C & S Woods in Manchester. only a couple of hours away?

Try dropping Andy Duff a PM m8 he is probably closer than Manchester plus he also does mobile stuff as well.
From what ive heard duffer has got enough on his plate already?
