Do I need to drain the oil first? I think yes, my dad says no.

Eh? Stu, you mean gauge or sensor?

 

Gauge is just hooked up electronically to the oil pressure sensor so why would you need to drain the oil for that?

And if you mean sender, then no - just do it real quick.. Have the new one right by you, unscrew the old, stick your finger over the hole, screw the new one in.. You'll get dribbled on, but if you're quick it wont be too bad..

I got a new dial with a sender unit for my new dial. I have a T-Piece to I can fit both to it. Good thing about the sender unit for my new dail is that they cost £5 and not a Nissan £80

where is the seder?
