Right, Im having ideas of upgrading to a TT Zed as I fancy somthing quicker.

Just wondering what sort of MPG you get from a TT?

Currently im gettin about 250 miles out of £45 on my NA..

Thats a Mixture of City and motorway driving on my way to work.

I do 60 miles round trip 4 days a week to work and back, Just wondering if its going to be doable with a TT

TT will use a couple less mpg than NA around town and when Playing, but has better ecomomy on motorway.

It obviously depends on your style of driving but on average I would suggest that you will be spending approx £60 to cover the same distance. Once you start tuning it, it will get worse.

No problem using it as an everyday runabout though, my TT is running somewhere around 370ish bhp and the economy isn't much different to when it was 300bhp.

Depends how u drive it... Mine s stock...So a tad less than 300 bhp i guess.

20 quid will often give me 30 -50 miles...'IF' i can manage my driving style, then typically 200miles..... :D

300+ to a tank is poss... But only when keep her below 3k rpm in every gear

Normally, get less than 200 to a full tank, because i love drivin the bi-atch..:D

The grin just stays where it belongs no matter wot!!!

:D

(except at the end of the month!!!:D)

180 is all i get from what my car indcates as a tank.... about 55 litres. BUT ive now found out that the fuel capacity is 19 gallons, so thats like 85l ish... :S

Tank is 72 litres. Although cant say I've evern managed to get more than £60 in.

I used to average 18-22 around town, and about 30mpg on a long motorway run.

in a TT or NA??! my god you must drive with your socks! Managed 25.7 to the gallon the other day... but then i am quite enthusiastic, even if i try my hardest to go steady lol

A TT will easily do over 30mpg, on a motorway run. Off-boost. 70/80mph with cruise control set on - 32/32mpg.

Not so easy in NA, but 30mpg is possible

I get around 200 miles a tank. Round town or motorway it seems.

But you can't include the times it comes back on the back of trailer.

That's 22.7mph (fuel @ 90p per litre)

I read a web report on the TT which stated that you'd be lucky to get more than 20MPG combined driving... Which is about what I'm getting.... Although took it for a spin on the weekend and managed 9. Not that I was speeding. ;-)

Quite simple realy

Me and Jay did £1k in gas last year in germany

Wozza did £600

Same milage, same speeds as Wozza was being pushed most of teh tiem by jay (nutters). Spot teh NA

Ahaha talking about zed economy is always a laff. With my boost controller set to 'Off' (safety boost) i get 265 miles with £55 of fuel with commute and other general driving. Once i went to Cardiff in Miss Daisy mode and got 410 miles on a full tank doing a sedate 55mph all the way there and back.

= 19.8mpg

well i do 50 miles a day 5 days a week

plus weekend

and i put approx 60 quid in a week, thats with stage 2 hybrids and supporting mods but for everyday driving i use low boost (8-9psi depends on weather) and just hit the hi boost button when i need "Super Pursuit Mode" lol

so all in all they not brilliant but equally there are worse out there a lot worse
