Injectors mounted in boost pipe's??

What the Main reason and advantage of mounting top feed injector's into the Throttle body Boost hoses? i know there is an advantage to high rpm power? I was surprised to see this as you can get upto 890cc injectors for these engines?

    Also where would you wire them to ?? off other injectors or a separate circuit?

    would need standalone management for this, its a pretty bad idea anyway because most of the fuel goes in the front cylinders leaving the rear 2 to dett their nuts off.

    Cheap way of increasing fueling without having to buy a full set of bigger injectors.

    I thought that the car in question had larger injectors as well?
