just wondered what phobias people have

im ashamed to say i hate moths they fly in my face and then go get their mates saying " look how fast we can make this fat lad run"

also im scared witless of ,,,,,fish daft or what dunno how come i am but i freak when i see one out of the water....my missus found out a few months ago and thought it would be real funny to chase me round the house with a dead one........turns out it was a bit of carrot but the kids thought it was mint sounds daft especially as im 6'4" and twenty stone

not keen on heights - im ok as long as i stay well away from the edges. big smelly hairy spiders can fook right off too.

I'm a hieghts guy, but I went on the sky rail in Cairns and loved it, the smell was off putting though.

my old lady told me when i was just a boy that if you kill a spider its friends come looking for it! killing is a last resort but if it needs to be done then so be it...

I tried out for the SAS. and during the interrogation element of it I cracked when if was knocked out and came too without eyesight, wasnt aware I was blindfolded and only then did I realise I have that particular phobia.

 

Needles to say i failed the test because of it.

Mate I wouldn't call that a phobia, phobias are normally irrational and that is definatly rational.

I have a phobia of being scared. Its a vicous circle and keeps me up at night...

Plus when i was growing up there was a bee hive next door and every time i went in the garden they'd attack me, get stuck in my hair and sting me repeatedly.

 

Ever since then if i hear buzzing anywhere near my ears i freak out and run about 3 miles lol

 

Wasps and Bees are the main phoebia, makes me go into a cold sweat just thinking about it

Spiders are my main phobia. Heights can be bad sometimes and really confined spaces with the thought of not being able to get out!

Spiders for me too, but I seem to be getting more tolerant of them with age. Looks like I'm in good company with this one anyway ;)
