hi guys not sure if this is of intrest to anyone out there but i work in an underground power station called dinorwig in noth wales its in a huge cavern under a mountain and uses falling water to make electricity, so if u r in da land of wales where men r men & sheep r scared, give me a shout & i'll arange something!!!!

Me & Mr T went last year, well worth a visit, driving hundreds of feet underground in a bus, with normal roads and road signs.... well weird!!!!!!! Would go again, so you could count us in xx

this sounds cool, i have been down the deepest mine in South Africa and it was a very cool experience, id love to come.

Yep, we had some of our friends kids over to give their Mum and Dad a well deserved rest! Me mate Dave looked after our animals while me and Mrs T went to Reading in 2000 to see Oasis so we returned the favour by looking after their animals(kids) for a week! Man was knackered after that week, kids are so demanding! LOL

 

Anyway, took them to the Electric Mountain and it was ace! Can well recommend it and then after that go up de Snowdon...Aiiiiii!

With a bit of planning and a lot of light (know where we can get the juice for this?) this has to be one of the most spectacular photo opportunities........

Dewi, guy with the other red one(L plater) lives in Beaumaris bud. He's had that car for years. It's usually parked up near the yacht club. Yep, photo opportunity in the mountain would be nothing short of spectacular, it's an awesome place. Like being in NORAD or something!!!

I was taken down a similar one in Scotland, it's not open to the public but my mates next door neighbour worked there so we got to see the lot. There is also a another place that pumps the water up to a loch on the cheap overnight electricity and then lets it back down again to spin the turbines when the demand is high.

 

 

fellas what a cracking idea bout the photo shoot, i will ask at work if we can take our zeds down there and do a james bond type shoot, not sure what the answer will be though cos they r so far up there arses with health and safety that we hardly get any work done, will keep u informed guys no probs, andy p!! yep exactly the same idea pal as the one in scotland was it craecen or something like that.

FastRedZ - excellent idea. Count me in for a photo shoot like that. I may even want to come over with the family in the Z one sunny summer day for a look see. Where in north wales is it? Can you just turn up for the tour or what?
