when the car is stopped, even in D or N or P theirs a pulsing, like its shaking/judderring, it goes away when its revved or driven

A pulsing? Like if you put the car in reverse it will 'pulse' backwards unevenly? Sounds a bit like when I had a dodgy PTU.

You mean a slight body movement created by the engine idling??

indeed. Pull off each coil connector in turn with the engine running, if one of them doesn't result in a drop in rpm then you have found the culprit.

alternativly make sure all 6 coil pack plugs are firmly seated!, my car (rather annoyingly) losses number 1 on regular occasions, mainly due to bumps in the road.

 

One of the "plugs" has a "lug" snapped on it so it doesnt click properly, just another job!
