HELP ! Mechanic required in Norfolk area

I have one, if not two days work to do over the next 5 days, and could do with some help from a mechanic or a good DIY 300ZX man. Need to take an engine out basically, and a few other things. I have most tools and hoist. Feel free to PM me or call me on 07761 76 3474, and let me know how much you'd charge, or swap for some car parts.
