Hi iv just put a deposit down on a Imported 300 Fairlady wich is an Auto,, does any one know the standard 0-60 time and how much bhp it will have ?

280bhp standard when it was new.

0-60... well take your pick seen it listed at 5.0 to 6.2, seems to be common around 5.6.

Interesting bit of trivia, Nissan USA claim the Auto to be quicker to 60 than the manual.... But that could be limitations on the USA drivers, and their ahhh issues with "stick shift"

268 bhp for the Auto TT (smaller tubs, different cams and ECU maps to compensate for Autobox).

0-60 about high 5's.

Top speed around 165 (restricted) up to 175'ish (unrestricted)

If the auto hp is only 268 then the rwhp must be quite a bit down on the manual then.

268?? i thought they were 280 and the manuals 300?

Different cams for a flatter torque curve i believe, to make the wide gears in the autobox more effective, role on 85 in second ;)

haha i really cant wait to get it picking it up on sat,, moving from a 200sx s14 i hopes i feel the differance :)

well... depending on what was done the S14, if nothing you'll really notice a difference. Mayby not especially of the mark. But the ability at 100mph to just take of like a flying machine is amazing.

Plus you'll have a proper sound track ;)
