HKS type 1 turbo timer not working

Hi

 

After having to jump start the car my turbo timer hs stopped working. It has no power as far as I know at all.

 

I don't kow if it had stopped working before I had to jump start it or if it was the power spike from the jump starting that has broken it.

 

Does anybody know if there is an internal fuse that may have blown or better still does anybody have the ability to repair it. (he says hopefully).
