type of chip

my zed is chipped but i am not sure by who

 

it came with a instruction book with a good few pages, white paper, picture of the chip and writing on the front page

 

i cant find the booklet now and was wondering if they were about so i could tell what chip i have

 

i remember a quote from it "everytime detonation happens its bad for your engine"
