not decided whether I'm going to mod it yet lol, I kinda like the standard looks. As for getting the arse end out, hasn't happened yet, probably cuz it's an auto  . But that is going to change ;)

with a power upgrade costing around £100, regardless of auto or manual it will go sideways :p

best modification is to remove the standard exhaust and remove both catalysts as the s14a has 2!! it will then pull to 100+ in a lot less time than with the stock setup. Once all the exhaust is replaced with a more freeflowing setup, you will be getting around 12 psi without even upping the boost, thats how restrictive the standard exhaust is LOL

fuel pump will need replacing with a walbro 255 ltr PH or similar as the stock one tends to fail anything running over 12 psi you can even use a 300zx fuel pump, i went for a new one for obvious reasons

change the plugs for some cooler ones

decent air filter

stg1 map

also bear in mind there is a restrictor in the boost line, but if your fitting all the above items, then some form of boost controller will be needed anyway

the standard turbo is capable of running 17psi but would need bigger injectors and a map to suit this in turn will give you approx 300hp with power to weight which makes it a very capable car.

also the s14a auto has a EGR, blanking of the vac line to it, removes the hesitation at 2.5k early s14s had this

the s14a manual does not have an EGR :)
