huh?? random radiator, what is it??

Well i tempted to fit my koyo over the weekend, apart from my brackets not fitting it went well but.....

 

I did find a random radiator which had a electric fan on which i have no idea what it's for??

 

It sits between and baby oil cooler and the main radiator and like i say it has a fun size electric fan hooked up on it.
