EBAY Bidding

I have been selling bits-n-bobs on ebay partly so I can spend money on the zed but one thing I have noticed is that when I have a few people interested in some things I have, when someone has a highest bid they put in another bid of the same amount. What does that mean, are they blocking other bids? Any info welcome.

    Just means they have put in higher bid than before as they are worried they might lose the item to somebody else, it showsa up as 2 bids of the same amount.
