Have been informed by Ivan, that the first meet of the season at Ashby will take place this coming Tuesday, so apologies for the late post.

 

Hope to see some of you there, as both Jay and myself will be going.

Hi matey, its the easiest meet to find, plumb in ashby folville in the routeplanner.

 

If you're coming in from your side you'll come into the village over a little bridge, come round the corner, they'll be bikes parked up all round the corner then a pub on your right and on your left you'll be guided into the main area or if you're late into the right hand side car park.

 

I'm leaving at 5pm to get there about 6pm and hopefully get a place

Unfortunately work's gone nuts so I couldn't make it.

Just finishing for the day now and will be flat out for a week or so.

Maybe in the future the mids organiser could include location and time of these meets too if possible?

i only took 4 pics and theyre only general ones but they capture the ambiance of the meet really well. hopefully some better ones will go up soon (coughNickcough)

Unfortunately Ashby Folville is a bit of a weird one, no website to say when it is it's just word of mouth.

 

Best time to arrive is about 6pm but toward the high season you really need to be there about 5.15pm to make sure you get a space on the main grounds.

 

It's usually 2nd tuesday of every month may to september
