it has three modes, power "middle" and hold

The power mode (which will activate automaticlaly if you floor it into kickdown) holds gears if you back of the accelerator slightly and then give it some beans again (like a sport mode)

Im not sure if this is true, but the power mode MIGHT also make the gear change more ferrocious/faster.... but that might just be me imagining things!

The Middle which is normal driving, selects all the gears (assuming overdrive is enabled) and changes smoothly between each when it sees fit

Hold mode, starts the car in second for smoother driver in town, tends to slip the gearbox alot and generally mushes around the gears, never really changing properly. Good for traffic or on the motorway, especially once its locked the transmission.

This gear allows you to open the throttle quite away without the dam thing downchanging and taking of like a ballistic missile!

UK spec dont have a dip switch infront of the gear leaver do they :p ;)

(i'll look a twat if they do but for somthing else ;) lol)

Not half as much as i did today, walked over to a guy filling a zed at charnock richard petrol station and said "are you on the owners club, sure i reconigse your car" and he said no, i was gutted!
