UPDATE:

 

The CR Route is now complete, tried and tested. (approx time 3 hours

including stops) Many thanks to Tim & Wozzer who spent days preparing and

testing the route…

 

To ensure we have a passive Police presence, we will set off in groups

of 20 with 10 minutes between each group. This will prevent a huge

congestion and not block any emergency service. (happy police)

 

We will provide everyone with a detailed Route Map on the night with

emergency numbers to assist those who gets lost or breakdown.

 

12 Candy Run Marshall’s will line the route and will be at the stop

points. This will keep us together and create some great filming

opportunities for all

 

If you see any half naked women hitching for rides, please check that

they are Candy Girls,

 

If they are not, you maybe propositioned ………………..

 

Guest List:

 

Please ensure you email us the names of any passengers, so we can add

them to our guest list. (Minimum age 21) those who do not register will

not be permitted inside the Club.

 

Dress code: Smart Casual.

 

Parking:

 

Spearmint Rhino has its own secure parking for more than 100 Supercars.

With 8 CCTC Cameras and independent security guards until 11am the

following morning:

 

Hotel:

 

Spearmint Rhino have arranged special discount rates for many hotels

that are close to their club, plus they are providing a Free shuttle

service to and from the Hotel in their two Spearmint Rhino Limo’s. No

need to book in advance, just see a member of Candy Run Staff at the start

venue.

 

Candy TV:

 

We encourage everyone to bring a camera and/or video camera and welcome

any photo’s and VT clips you take. If we use any of your VT clips in

the making of our program we will pay you £50.

 

The Candy Tunnel Run will be broadcast later in the year on Men &

Motors and on DVD. If

 

We will be bringing 4 cameramen, who filmed last years Gumball

‘Around the World in 8 Days’ and up to seven onboard cameras and two TV

presenters to capture the action.

 

Please Note: We will not film anyone without permission.

 

Please Note: That no camera’s are permitted inside Spearmint Rhino

Club.
