It has to be wet, with my Gillette Fusion Power with matching Gel. Electric is not in the same league. IMO :D

Wet for me too. I have quite sensitive skin, so can only really shave every other day. I always do it in the shower as well after a long soak. I'll hack my face to bits if I try and do it in the sink.

Wet for me too, and also started using baby oil instead of gel/ foam. works a treat, not too much though.

I use a Philips Coolskin electric shaver - it gives me the best of both worlds :D

Same here, really sensitive skin but longer intervals between shaves. Usually let it grow quite long then hack the long stuff with the side board trimmer on me electric then wet shave. Normal electric shavers don't seem to touch my neck/under chin hairs

So is the fusion power much better than the turbo model, shavers not cars :D

So is the fusion power much better than the turbo model, shavers not cars :D
I think it is, Its good for tickling our lass's..... :x:

the fusion is good but FFS have you seen the price of the blades????? i reckon i get just a good shave from some disposables, down side is they are only good for a few goes however still work out cheap than fusions in the long run. No matter which razor i use for a wet shave then my braun leccy razor always pulls of some more, its awesome, provided you haven gone for longer than 3 days without shaving, then a wet one is needed.

I only shave every other day too, but thats a -cos i'm lazy, b- cos i can get away with it, and c- no man deserves to shave everyday, its a right p i t a.

Wet - Gillette vibrating one (oo-err!)

Has anyone else tried buying blades from eBay?

I got loads of genuine Gillette ones cheap and they seem ok - but someone said they got some which were duff - counterfeit perhaps?

Gillette Mach 3 for me :D

Can't be doint with those fekking electric things; they rip your hairs out IMO......

.....best shave I ever had was a cut-throat job in Turkey 17 years ago. I have always had a habit of sporting stubble; my then girl friend persuaded me to got in for it and I have to say I was impressed (although scared shitless ;) ).

Still I got my revenge; right after that I got the mad mullah barber to do her legs with the razor

Richard :smw:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

mach 3's are like using a cheesegrater imho

there was that story of some bloke in turkey got one of them shaves done and they accidently set fire to his face or somthing ?

mach 3 twin turbo running 1 bar on buzz mode :D

king of shaves menthol gel, sensitive skin, feels like you have put your head in the freezer after, which is surely better than razor burn!!

then king of shaves cooling gel

so to anyone who has sensitive skin try the above stuff!

pmsl@ greg

mach 3 turbo for me too but running full stage 2 upgrade with buzz..

with Lush's "Prince" shaving cream.. absolutely the best product for sensitive skin.

I have major sensitive skin which isnt helped by the fact i have a large stripe of skin with no melanin (skin colour) so skin is thinner there.. (my beard grows through white!!) and only shave about 3 times a week
