"I am not sure what is involved by the methods zed world use but guess from the comments from everyone not so much and it is more of a bodge job?"

I have spoke with Zed world today who noted my post and I would like to express my apologies.

I have this week had my car fixed by zed world of Tamworth and I have to say they were very efficient and helpful. My car is now working as should be after Nissan had it for 2 months and made it worse!

Please excuse my choice of words, Jeff at Zed world was very helpful in detailing the proceadures they use, but I always like to ask independent advise, Just to double check and make sure I make the correct decision, as the wrong one could be very expensive!!!

The use of word "Bodge" was slang for a cheaper method, not taken in the wrong way but from comments I have read the boost controller is the safest way to go. I am sure the conversion that Zed world do is good and works well, I do not doubt this but I just wanted to check, rather spend little more now then lot more later if wrong.

Anyway I hold my hands up, wrong use of words, Zed world couldnt have been better and I would recommend them for any work. And thank you all for your input.

Regards

Mat

This is right, I have concerns about over boosting and thought boost controller would make this more safer?

From the posts I have read without boost can vary between 12-16psi.

Theres two sides to the coin, a boost controller can also be dangerous, as you tend to be altering it & uping the boost seeing how far you can go, so you can cause det quite easilly.

entirely depends on what size jets you put in! i ran mine on 1mm for a year with no problems. since upgraded to an EBC.
