Dead Z Help Need Sorting Asap

HI ALL YOU Z LOVERS SOMEONE PLEASE HELP me my beloved z has been stood around for 18 months in this time it has been started a few times with no probs at all, 2 days ago i started it up and it took 3 attempts to start at first engin turned ovr second atempt fired up then stalld third atemp fired up but was running rough, first thing i thoght it was due to being stood for so long and may be no pety, i drove to pety pump which is just up the road car was still running rough and idling was rough as well kept acting as tho it was going to stall! filled up £15 quid unleaded and was taking it to a garage for mot all the way it was the same rough running and just had no power at all wouldnt respond to full throtl also revs strugled to go over 3500 rpm also noticed that car was smoking quite a bit white smoke as i got to garage i left i waited in car the revs were realy low 400 - 500 rpm,when trying to rev it was rough and coughing out black smogy smoke and smelt a lot of fuel as well from it, basicly it was getting worst when reving it there was flat spots it wouldnt respond properly there was a few pops from the exhust.revs go up fall down when trying to rev again instantly it with black smoke and smell of fuel from exhusts, i left it parked at the garage the next day i went back to do a manual diagnostic it showd code 13 and 42 fuel temp sensor and engine coolant temp sensor code 42 has been there since iv had the car thats 4 years code 13 im not sure when that appeared, when i tried started the car it wouldnt fire up at all just kept turning over i was tryin for 30 min with no luck.

i towed car home since then i have checkd for fuel and sprk at plugs that all seems to be fine afm seems to be working as its registering air on apexi unit also i took all plugs out and coils cleaned them properly with wire brush and damp start, i also have sprayed electronic contact cleaner on all plugs visable to me on ptu and cas plugs as well, i put every thing back together tried starting the car and no luck but was tring to start but just nokd off again. can any one help me please and sory this is long.

yeh thats what i thoot but i tried wedging it out with a hammer and still it didnt wana come out!! any suggestions?

 

Remember to mark it's exact position before removing it so you know where to align it when you put it back.

You sure the AVCR isn't causing the problem?

Can you bypass it to test?

loll yeh tnxs if i get it off, its solid and i didnt wanas force it 2 much just incase i damage it

right im realy strugling lads i took ptu out cleaned all terminals again and i took the cas out and when turning it i could here clicking sound so i gess thats working so what else can it be im f**kin pissed now feel like breaking it up!! any one who can give me more advice? dosnt anyone live in lancashire with a z?

no avcr wouldnt i reseted it all and re tuned the settings, avcr wouldnt cuz the plugs not to spark thou would it?

just been trying again to sort prob out, i done a manual diagnostic and have come up with code 55 all clear but the car still wont start!!! :headvswal HELP PLEASE SOMEBODY COME TO MY RESQ!!!!

just checked cas again there is a click i can here but its comming from near the small fuse box in engine bay drivers side my z is uk tt manual. is this correct?iscas working?

still getting the same problems? checked the wiring running from the ecu down near side of engine bay to temp switch and ptu? just spent many stressful hours with same problem to find harness breaking down as it crosses under turbo hard pipe.

cheers mate sorted mine out well i should say found the fault mine is that the ign coil relay isnt getting earth and the earth comes from ecu, but aint checked if ecu faulty or wire broken from ecu to coil, also my plugs were f**kd. tnx
