anyway, she has been to a solicitor who has told her the deed the money from the will to someone else open a joint bank accout and she can use the money that way and keep all benefits (boils my fookin piss)

is this correct, or is she just filling me full of shit, may have to have a word with inland revenue lol

im siting here in a rage as i know she will be laughing at us hard working people, may just have to put her windows out instead lol

it fookin stinks that this can happen, makes me wonder if its worth working :headvswal

Mate, She is one of millions in this country, that have never done an honest days work in there lives, all they know is how to milk the system, it does stink, your right, but what can you do? I once reported someone for working for cash in hand, and claiming benefits. and they did fook all about it.  :headvswal

It sucks.

She's got her hand in the pocket of anyone who works.

It's people like this that f*** up the country - and the government should stop it but they'd rather just keep giving our money to the scroungers instead.

There is no insentive for them to get off there arse's and find work, as the government keep handing them our hard earnt tax payers money. They should stop the money if they havent found a job within 6 months. thats what happens in other countries. :o

Actually, this may look like tax avoidance and they tend to be a lot keener on reclaiming the money than the benefits people. I dunno how the deed stuff works, but you can only 'give' away £6K per year. So even if there are deed loopholes and she has essentially 'given' it to someone else, then that person can only 'give' her back £6K per year. Need a tax expert to comment really .... worth a thought though ....

i hate this government, i hate the benefits system and i hate the fact people laugh at me for working to try and survive knowing they are getting my hard earned for doing fook all all day.

i should have got 5hagged at 15, got knocked up, dropped a sprog, claimed depression, incapacity, dole and everything else they wopuld have been desperate to throw at me as a scrounging dirty tramp. had another brat every year up till 18 and i would have been raking it in!!

And what really digs the knife in is when my folks die whatever they leave me as inheritance, that they have worked hard for all their life the government will demand a sum of, yet again to support the lowlife scum of the earth

the only way i know of is, if you have a buyer for said property, do the deal without estate agents and put money into a spanish (or whatever country you want to live in) bank account then leave the country for a minimum of five years, dont even come back for a holiday or you will be arrested for tax evasion, but after 5 years its fine to come back

you are hard working aint ya lol

wont they force you to sell the propety to pay for the tax and take there share before you see the money
